Therefore, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive and energetic candidate for the position of Customer Care Executive. S/he will perform the following roles and responsibilities.

Customer Care Executive

The Customer Care Executive will work under the overall guidance and supervision of the Chief Executive Officer. His/her key responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts for different services that Q vidya Bangladesh provides.
  • Process service request/query in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction with Inbound and Outbound calling.
  • Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times.
  • Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable Customer value.
  • Gather relevant information from customers as required and update it accurately to facilitate the decision making process.
  • Attending Phone calls with the teachers/instructors along with students and parents for relationship purpose and services.
  • Making Student List and Upcoming events planning creating.
  • Ensure that all contacts with clients (e-mail, walk-In center, SMS or phone) provide the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level.
  • Manage administrative duties assigned by the CEO/Marketing Director in an effective and timely manner.
  • Consistently stay abreast of any new information on the schools’ products, promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information is supplied to students when they make inquiries.
  • Receives complaints from clients and channel it to the appropriate quarters

Educational Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised University in Bangladesh or abroad. A Master’s degree will be treated an added advantage.

Desired skills and requirements:

  • Age from 22 to 30 years.
  • Irrespective of gender, ethnicity or faith, any eligible candidate can apply.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Analytical mind & attention to detail.
  • Good at handling phone calls.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Mandatory.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
